Ankara is the capital of Turkey, the second most populous city in Turkey after Istanbul. It is home to about 5 million people.   • Atakule observation tower, the best place in Ankara to see the whole city from a bird’s eye view. The tower is 125 meters high and has a Spanish restaurant on the landmark. The observation deck rotates in a circle, so in an hour you can see Ankara from all sides.
